Disabling or enabling synchronization with Microsoft Outlook If you want to view more details, double-click the item to bring up the Microsoft Outlook Event window. Hover the mouse over an item to display its start date and time and end date and time. Outlook appointments, meetings, and events appear in My Calendar. If Microsoft Outlook shows a security warning message and asks you to allow access to e-mail address information stored in Outlook, click Allow. Select the check boxes for the calendars whose items you want to view.
NOTE: Outlook calendars from the Deleted Items folder are not listed. If you have several calendars in Microsoft Outlook, all of them would be listed.
